Evergreen, spreading herbaceous perennial to 1m high by 50cm wide. The trailing stems to 90cm long support narrow, bright green leaves. Produces white flowers in summer, followed by red berries.

Uses

Suitable as a groundcover or as a low-maintenance indoor plant. Can be invasive.

Culture

Grow in full sun or semi-shade in temperate and warm climates. Grow indoors in cooler climates. Prefers moist, well-drained soil. Frost tolerant. Propagate by seed or division in spring.
