Greater Periwinkle

This evergreen vine/shrub grows to a height of approximately 3 metres from woody stems. It has glossy, dark green, heart-shaped leaves, and there are variegated varieties. The lilac blue flowers appear from spring to autumn.

Uses

Ornamental shrub or creeper, it ahould be carefully planted as it can become invasive.

Culture

This variable plant is adaptable to most soils. It will grow in a range of different situations provided it has adequate moisture. It can be propagated from cuttings.
