This small evergreen tree grows to a height of 6 metres and has a spread of 3 metres. It has pale green leaves with undulate margins and small dark coloured flowers. As with most Pittosporums, the flowers are scented.

Uses

Ornamental tree suited to larger gardens and parks.

Culture

This small tree will do best in well drained soil rich in organic matter. It prefers an open, sunny spot in the garden and is frost resistant but drought tender. It can be propagated either by seed or cuttings.
